• Welcome to www.londonmost.co.uk (the site). The content of the site is owned by or licensed to London Most Limited (LML), a company registered in England. The services are provided subject the following terms and conditions (terms), which are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
• By using the site, you accept these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or re-sell any part of this site without the prior permission of LML. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

Payment

• All quoted prices are in GB Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We accept cheques and Debit and/or Credit Cards payment. Please note that orders will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared.
• All cards are processed securely on our behalf by Paypal.
• We endeavour the accuracy of our product availability. In certain circumstances availability may change after you place your order. If this does occur, we will e-mail you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund.

Delivery

• Most orders are despatched on the same day if ordered by 2pm. Orders by cheques will be held until the clearance of funds.
• Delivery in the United Kingdom is free. Additional shipping charges apply to countries outside the UK (currently GBP £0.60 per item).
• We aim to despatch orders on the same day if received by 2pm (excluding public Holidays and Weekends) by Royal Mail's first Class post. Your order should normally arrive the next day, or 1-2 working days in a UK destination, or 5-7 working days to most countries outside the UK.
• We make every effort to meet delivery times. However, these may be affected by situations beyond our control and so we cannot provide a guaranteed next day delivery.
• All ties are enclosed in clear plastic/cellophane sleeves and posted in padded mail bags or boxes to protect them from damage.

Returns

• If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the products you have received, you can return any piece or all in the original condition and packaging within 1 month of receipt. We will give you a full refund including any delivery charge.
• The address for returns can be found on the 'Contact Us' page and on the back of your packing slip.

• LML accept no responsibility or liability for damages or losses arising from using the website.
• LML does not warrant that the function of the website will be error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website will be free of infection.
